Ryan Kim is an architectural professional with extensive experience on cultural, educational, mixed-use, multifamily, and affordable housing projects. He is knowledgeable in all phases of projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration and has completed projects from inception to closeout on time and on budget. Ryan also has experience with various New York City approvals agencies such as the DOB, HPD, HCR, BSA, and SCA, along with NYC BC and ZR. He is exceptionally competent in Autodesk Revit. He is currently working on the new Perelman Center for the Performing Arts, located adjacent World Trade Center One and opposite Davis Brody Bond’s September 11 Memorial Museum in Lower Manhattan.
