Conrad Gartz brings extensive experience in the design and renovation of a wide range of projects including academic, institutional, and public. Since joining the firm, he has been working with the American Museum of Natural History on the Richard Gilder Center for Science, Education, and Innovation, a project comprising a 200,000 sf addition and 42,000 sf of renovation in support of the Museum’s STEM programs. Prior to joining Davis Brody Bond, he was responsible for the design, detailing, and construction of several large-scale projects such as the gut renovation of and addition to the Sloan School of Management at MIT and the gut renovation and addition to undergraduate student residence Winthrop House at Harvard University.
